By gathering colours, images, and textures that resonate with us, mood boards reveal emotional patterns, clarify what we’re feeling, and support self-reflection and emotional awareness. 

This mood board was inspired by nature, herbs and how nature can help us heal.

This was our mood board, inspired by something that came up in our December online café. Its a reminder that OH SHIT moments are OK! We all experience set backs, grief and disappointments but at Christmas time these can feel overwhelming. Take care of yourself, always.

The beauty of creating a mood board is that you don’t need to be artistic to take part. This is a community project, and we’d love for you to get involved.
